AC 1200J/500 – Combat Helmet
By bringing together practical design and state of the art technology, this high performance ballistic helmet offers features never before available in a combat helmet. As expected, the helmet provides high level ballistic protection. In addition, the helmet meets the EN397 "impact protection" standard. The impressive performance and unique features of the AC 1200J/500 result from the innovative manufacturing process. The helmet is constructed using pre-impregnated Aramid reinforcement using NP Aerospace’s MAMT patented technology, which provides up to 10% improved ballistic performance. Besides superior ballistic performance, the AC 1200J/500 helmet is comfortable and practical. The adjustable headband and 3-point helmet suspension system insure a secure and stable fit and can be detached without the use of tools. The design allows for healthy air circulation. Also, the headband and suspension system can be washed in a domestic washing machine.
